The Medical University of Silesia in Katowice stands as the largest medical institution in Poland, with a rich history that began shortly after World War II, in 1948. Its establishment was a response to the growing need for medical professionals. Within just a few years, the university’s enrollment surpassed 2000 students.
At present, the university boasts a diverse student body, with a total enrollment of 10,218 students. Notably, 500 of these students are part of the English Medicine program.
