How to Apply

We know applying to study abroad can feel daunting, but at Medent Europe, we make the process simple and stress-free. We’ve broken it down into five easy steps, guiding you every step of the way from your first contact with us to settling into your new home. Below, you’ll find the steps we take to ensure a smooth and straightforward transition from application to enrollment.

How it works

Starting Your Application

Get in touch with us via email or phone, and we’ll help you choose the right university for your goals. Once you’ve made your decision, send us your documents and sign the agreement – after that, we’ll take care of submitting everything to the university for review.

Receive Your Unconditional Offer

After submitting your application, wait to hear back from the university and the ministry. Depending on the university, you may be required to attend an interview, which we will help you prepare for. This process typically takes 6-8 weeks. Once your offer is confirmed, we’ll present your unconditional offer letter, and you’ll be officially enrolled.

Tuition Fees, Flights, and Accommodation doodles

Pay your university fees, we will help you book your flight and start looking for accommodation suited to your budget and needs! At this point we will assign you your personal student mentor and will make group chats between students.

Flights and Airport Transfers

Once your flight is booked, it’s time to fly out! Our team will meet you at the airport and take care of your transfer to your accommodation, ensuring a smooth and worry-free arrival.

Setting Up SIM Cards, Bank Accounts, and More!

Upon arrival, your student mentor will guide you through setting up your SIM card, opening a local bank account, and familiarizing you with the area. They’ll also give you a tour of the university to help you settle in and feel at home!

After this, you’ll have access to our support line, which spans the entire length of your degree. Whether you need assistance with academic matters, personal concerns, or anything in between, we’re here for you 24/7. Our dedicated team will be by your side throughout your journey, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way as you work towards becoming a qualified doctor or dentist.

Documents Required

Depending on the university you’ve chosen, the required documents might vary—but don’t worry, our team will guide you every step of the way! Here’s a general idea of what you might need:

  • A-level/B-tech transcripts which include all subjects and marks
  • Valid passport.
  • Complete an interview

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! We encourage all students to apply as soon as possible. We have a limited number of spots available each year, so securing your place early is important. Plus, we guarantee that all our students gain admission—if not, we offer a full money-back guarantee! Contact us to find out how to secure your spot and start your journey with confidence.

When studying abroad, students typically need to pay privately, as student loans for international programs are not usually available. However, the fees at the universities we work with can be as low as £4,000 per year, making it a more affordable option compared to many other destinations.

While there’s no strict deadline, we only take on a limited number of students each year, and spots can get taken up. To avoid the chance of being deferred to the following year, we recommend applying as early as possible!
